PRIVATE BUNGALOW FOR EMILIO LARGO
The upper level floor plan of this overwater bungalow features a waterfall swimming pool with infinity edges, and panoramic views from the separate lounge with full wet bar and dining hall with chef's kitchen and wood fired grill. Guest changing area and bathroom have easy access to lounge, dining and pool deck.
The lower level is divided in two by the large dive aquarium which hosts some of Mr. Largo's exotic fish and other marine species. This level is for private guests on one side and Mr. Largo's private suite on the other. The guest side features a gathering space that serves as a recording studio, sound stage, and private conference room. Mechanical and service spaces are located on this level as well.

Mr. Largo's program for Palmyra emphasized a desire for unique and creative architectural solutions that pay fealty to the feral beauty of this cliffside coastline. Its primary purpose is a vacation retreat for Mr. Largo capable of providing creative isolation and entertainment space for small gatherings of prominent guests that require advanced security safeguards. Palmyra is a refuge for peaceful withdrawal and tranquil isolation as well as an exclusive social venue.
